1. SCOPE AND CONTRACTING PARTY

Clara Savannah is a trade name of MASSA LEGACY LLC. The store name does not represent that we operate a physical shop, office, workshop, warehouse, or fulfillment center in Savannah, Georgia, or elsewhere in the United States.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must place the order or authorize it as required by law.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
The product description, photographs, measurements, materials, available variants, and notices shown on the product page at the time of order form part of the purchase information. Screen settings and lighting may cause minor color differences.
We describe a product's manufacturing method, origin, materials, and special characteristics only when supported by the relevant product information. Products are checked, packed, and dispatched by our international fulfillment partner in Ningbo, China, unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Product listings are invitations to place an order. By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A purchase contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of product unavailability, an obvious price or description error, failed payment, suspected fraud, quantity limits, or a shipping restriction. Any amount already collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.
You are responsible for checking the selected product, size, color, quantity, contact details, and delivery address before submitting the order.
5. PRICES, CURRENCY, AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required. The checkout displays the total payable amount before you submit the order.
Standard shipping is free. Clara Savannah pays applicable import duties, brokerage fees, and import-clearance charges associated with a properly processed shipment.
We may change prices for future purchases without notice. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error must be corrected in accordance with applicable law.
6. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown there. We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable charge. Additional authentication or fraud-prevention checks may be required.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship only to valid addresses in the United States. Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch from Ningbo, China, estimated international transit and delivery take 7–15 business days, for an estimated total of 8–18 business days.
UPS normally handles final local delivery and tracking within the United States. An international logistics provider may transport the parcel before it enters the UPS network. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.
8. TITLE AND RISK
Title remains with us until full payment to the extent permitted by law. Risk of loss transfers as provided by the mandatory law applicable to the sale. Nothing in these Terms transfers carrier risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by law.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
We provide a voluntary 30-day return period beginning on the date of delivery. The customer pays the direct return shipping cost to China for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Clara Savannah pays reasonable return costs for a confirmed incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation is possible only before the order has been processed or dispatched and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
Full conditions, exclusions, the international return address, and refund timing appear in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state consumer-protection law.
10. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GOODS
Mandatory statutory warranties, implied warranties, consumer guarantees, and other non-waivable remedies remain in effect. Contact support@clarasavannah.com promptly if a product is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law and pay reasonable return costs for a valid claim.
11. CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND ACCOUNTS
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, payment, and account information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website text, graphics, photographs, branding, layout, and design may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape the service in a harmful manner, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or infringe the rights of others.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, protect the website, or enforce these Terms.
14. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The store operates on Shopify and may provide payment, tracking, analytics, or other functions supplied by third parties. Those services may be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
The website may also contain links to third-party websites. A link does not mean that we control or endorse all content or practices of the linked service. Review the applicable terms before using a third-party service.
15. USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit a review, image, comment, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate the law or another person's rights. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive, or malicious content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display the submitted material for purposes connected with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
16. PRIVACY
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the website's cookie and privacy choices interface.
17. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions on the website. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will notify you and provide any options required by applicable law.
18. LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product liability, or non-waivable consumer rights.
For other claims, any exclusion or limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, deliberate breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not impose obligations on a consumer beyond those permitted by applicable law.
20. TERMINATION
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of law, these Terms, or website security. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose earlier, including accepted orders, payments, returns, refunds, or legal claims.
21. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply, and mandatory law replaces the affected provision where required.
These Terms, together with the product information shown at purchase, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, form the agreement governing use of the store and purchases from us.
22. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of the state or jurisdiction where the consumer resides.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order. We may update these Terms for future use when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The current revision date appears at the top.
